How to make your offer better

Last week I talked with a YouTuber who has a large audience but little revenue.

Together we found the two problems holding him back:

1. He didn't have much confidence in the value of his offer, because it was a generic "join our community" offer.
2. So he wasn't promoting it very much.

That's a double-edged sword. An offer you don't believe in is hard to sell, and an offer you don't sell never gets better.

So how did we fix it? We ran his offer through our offer sharpening system and came out with a clear, compelling offer that he's now excited to promote with confidence.
